Service Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Promptly meet and greet every service customer in a friendly and courteous manner
- Listen to customers reason(s) for bringing their vehicle to the service department
- Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs to satisfy the customers concerns
- Provide accurate estimates for all the service or repairs recommended
- Maintain communication with the technicians and shop foreman regarding job status changes
- Handle minor customer complaints and/or misunderstanding with courtesy, tack and in a manner that does not further aggravate problems
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly
- Write and complete work orders
- Collect payments
- Strive to make sure that every customer is satisfied
